Digital skills classes

Digital Inclusion offers three digital skills classes, tailored from basic digital literacy to advanced levels of digital autonomy and digital citizenship in Luxembourg:

+ Digital Literacy: "1st steps with computers" - Perfect for absolute beginners!

++ Digital Autonomy: "2nd steps with computers" - Ideal for those with basic knowledge looking to expand their skills.

+++ Digital Citizenship: "MyGuichet and Co" - Essential for anyone aiming to navigate online services in Luxembourg confidently!

You are welcome to enrol in one, two, or all three classes, in your preferred language. Our recommendation: begin with "1st Steps with Computers" if you're unfamiliar with email and/or Windows, or find logging into your email account from a new device daunting. If you're more experienced, advance to “2nd Steps with Computers” and/or “MyGuichet & Co”!

Other classes

Our educational services extend beyond digital skills:

• Language Lab: learn English, French, or German from your computer or smartphone with our complimentary digital language-learning service.
• Volunteer Learning Program: Engage with Digital Inclusion’s Volunteer Learning Program to assist in refurbishing donated computers while acquiring practical computer maintenance skills.
• Open Classroom: Our Open Classroom sessions offer support for any IT-related queries or provide the opportunity to discuss topics further upon completing any of our classes.
