Handle Interpersonal Difficulties in the Workplace with Empathy (S-EL0060)

Grudges, disagreements, and arguments among the workforce can lead to a loss of productivity, and be unpleasant. This course shows a variety of ways to handle such difficulties through a strong empathy.

By the end of this training, you will be able to

• observe and address the root causes of most workplace conflicts,
• establish a framework for dealing with difficult people and sensitive situations at work, to strengthen relationships and productivity.

Important noteregarding your personal data

When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.
