Increase Harmony in an established Team (S-EL0066)

This course is designed for managers of well-established teams who wish to foster mutual understanding and the ability to work together, while respecting defined roles. It focuses on one of the most advanced stages of team development, that of harmonisation, and the role the manager has to play in it.

By the end of this course, you will be able to

• understand how to harmonize team work.
