Understand Generations at Work (S-EL0071)

A lot of communication problems, conflicts and differences of opinion in the workplace are the result of differences of opinion between generations. Once you understand why some colleagues think and react the way they do, it will be much easier to work and progress together.

By the end of this course, you'll be able to

• analyse the differences between generations and their source: the priorities, attitudes and key experiences that have shaped each of them, as well as their working styles and ideas,
• collaborate across generational divides.

Important noteregarding your personal data

When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.

If you do not want your name and/or email address to be visible to other learners, you then have the possibility to replace your name with an Alias of your choice in the corresponding field and/or completely hide your email address from the other users. This configuration can be made by accessing the settings in your user area.
