Eligible applicants must Have nationality from EUROCONTROL or ECAC Member States Be a higher education student, PhD student, or recent graduate (with the traineeship beginning within 12 months of completing studies) Meet the age requirements of their primary nationality Possess strong English and/or French language skills (additional language knowledge is advantageous, with only English required for traineeships in Maastricht) Be unemployed. Conditions Traineeships last 6-12 months, with trainees receiving a monthly allowance between €1.350-1.545, reimbursed travel and visa costs for non-EU nationals. A mentoring system ensures supervision and coaching by experts.
