Remote managing, whether the employees work from home, are mobile or working on other sites, can pose certain problems.
Managers need to determine which profiles are best suited to working remotely, know how to ensure the transition and monitor their progress, without micro-managing. To do this, they may need to adapt their management style.
Through a fictitious case study, you'll discover what works and what doesn't.
