Understand Employee Competence (S-EL0069)

This course examines how the competence of your team members plays a role in the results your team can deliver, and what your responsibilities as a manager are to maintain and develop this competence.

Important note regarding your personal data

When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.
