A new brochure shows how Erasmus+ projects have contributed to enhancing basic and advanced digital skills in initial and continuing vocational education and training (VET) as well as their contribution to improving outreach about learning and career pathways to young persons neither in employment nor education or training (NEETs) and vulnerable groups.

The findings and lessons learned from 30 in-depth case studies cover crucial areas like:

  • Artificial Intelligence, Virtual and Augmented Reality in VET
  • industry-specific digital skills – for example, in the agriculture, health or logistics sectors
  • innovative approaches for increasing the accessibility of adult education, and many more

Readers will get insights on the key success factors in digital skills and inclusion of these good practices:

  • tailoring learning to individual needs
  • engagement with relevant technologies
  • enhancing the competences of teachers and trainers
  • strong partnership and collaboration
  • real-world industry relevance
  • targeted outreach and engagement strategies

In addition, the brochure contains an Annex of 100 inspiring good practices.

The goal of the brochure is to inspire education and training practitioners, VET policymakers and other relevant actors at different levels of governance in future initiatives.
