In this episode, we will explore how supercharging digital skills within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can contribute to broader digital transformation efforts and support the EU's strategic objectives for the coming decade.

This episode will feature Aiga Irmeja, Chair of the Board at Latvian IT Cluster/European Digital Innovation Hub and David Seoane, Project Manager at FundingBox and involved in the CloudCamp4SMEs project.

Only 57.7% of SMEs in Europe have achieved a basic level of digital intensity (DESI 2024), falling short of the Digital Decade Target, which aims for over 90% of SMEs to reach this level. To meet this goal, significant efforts are required. Integrating digital skills into SME operations is crucial for accessing new markets and adapting to the rapid changes of the digital revolution.
