OpEx lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Training

The Six Sigma Green Belt training program provides a comprehensive introduction to Lean Six Sigma methodologies, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence. Participants will learn to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control (DMAIC) projects through practical applications and case studies.

Key learning objectives include:

• Developing project charters and facilitating team projects.
• Utilizing tools such as SIPOC diagrams, value stream mapping, and process mapping.
• Conducting data collection, statistical analysis, and hypothesis testing.
• Implementing control charts, FMEA, and linear regression for process analysis.
• Designing experiments and generating process improvement ideas.
• Applying control plans and mistake-proofing techniques.

By the end of the training, participants will be equipped with the skills to lead and support Six Sigma projects, driving significant improvements in quality and efficiency within their organizations.

Introduction and Define Phase:

• Understand Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Lean Six Sigma thought processes.
• Develop skills in creating Project Charters and facilitating team projects.
• Apply problem-solving techniques using tools such as 5S and Visual Management.

Measure Phase:

• Gain proficiency in Voice of the Customer (VOC) analysis and SIPOC diagrams.
• Learn data collection planning and basic statistical analysis.
• Conduct value stream and process mapping for baseline studies.

Analyze Phase:

• Master project management principles and data validation through Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
• Utilize control charts and perform hypothesis testing.
• Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and linear regression for process capability studies.

Improve and Control Phases:

• Acquire skills in designing experiments and implementing process improvements.
• Generate and analyze results from Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Implement control plans, mistake-proofing (Poka Yoke), and develop a roadmap for Operational Excellence.

General Objectives:

• Enhance team dynamics and change management capabilities.
• Participate in practical applications and case studies, such as the Factory of the Future (FoF).
