Contenu

In order to meet the demands and constraints of the market, organisations need to undergo profound transformations. Nowadays, all employees are affected by major changes, whether technological, economic or social.

The role played by men and women in an organisation emerges as a central issue with respect to the success of the imposed transformations, many of which lead to the loss of reference points.

The success of a change project therefore depends on a methodological and rigorous approach, which focusses on the people involved.

This is what MindForest's training course is designed to provide. Based on many years of experience, this training cycle makes it possible to acquire the necessary skills to anticipate any resistance to change or conflicts, to encourage people to support the project, as well as to prepare the participant to lead the change effectively.
