2. Understanding Stress

  • Introduction to the phenomenon of stress: definition, causes and effects on the body and mind.
  • Introduction to the three levels of stress:
  • Acute stress: Immediate reactions to specific events.
  • Chronic stress: Persistent stress that settles over a long period of time and that can have repercussions on health.
  • Positive stress (eustress): Motivating stress that can stimulate performance and growth.

3. Analysis of the Five Personal Stress-Amplifying Factors

  • Exploration of the five personal factors that can amplify stress, such as:
  • Perfectionism
  • Unrealistic expectations
  • Time management
  • Interpersonal relationships
  • Lack of social support
  • Interactive activities to help participants identify how these factors manifest in their own lives and how they can be addressed.

4. Stress Management Strategies

  • Introduction to stress management techniques tailored to each type of stress identified.
  • Discussion of the importance of inner balance and regular practices that promote lasting mental well-being, such as mindfulness, physical exercise, and learning relaxation techniques
