RH Lab. is a human resources solutions firm, present in Luxembourg, to meet the strategic and operational needs of decision-makers and HRDs in the daily and ad hoc management of their human capital.

We consider HR development as a key to competitiveness, guaranteeing the growth of any company.

Teaching methods

Our training courses are based on a variety of interactive teaching methods:

  • Classical: to follow the content based on the presentation: supports, interactive board, diagrams, illustrations, meta-plan, case studies, re-energising exercises.
  • Radiant: for self-discovery of what you have learnt, to feed your knowledge with new ideas, to develop your thinking: reflection plan, self-assessment, brainstorming, mind-mapping.
  • Relational: to encourage exchanges and interactions through practical cases: sub-group exercises, operational situations, role plays, storytelling, simulations and group feedback.
  • Technological: to improve learning through multimedia tools: video, camera, e-learning, blended learning, serious games, interactive boxes.
  • Psycho-social: to get to know oneself and others: skills assessment tests, personality inventories, individual or group coaching, skills assessments, teambuildings.
