About us

Creating and sustaining a low-carbon and more inclusive economy starts with a solid foundation of education. Noticing the lack of hands-on educational resources available to those wishing to expand their Sustainable Finance knowledge, industry experts from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) and its leading platform for sustainable securities, the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX), created the LGX Academy.

The LGX Academy team works with participants to provide lectures and seminars, that bring our Sustainable Finance lecturers straight to your computer screens.

Learn from the world's leading Sustainable Finance team and find out how you can develop a social and environmental offering for your clients and become an ESG professional.

Teaching methods

The LGX Academy offers both general and tailor-made courses to university students and financial professionals who wish to expand their Sustainable Finance knowledge and reorient capital flows towards sustainable investment.

During these sessions, our expert lecturers will present a well-structured material that can be applied directly to the industry, covering everything from the basic structure of sustainable instruments to the market’s main standards and labels. All lectures and seminars are followed by interactive Q&A sessions that will allow participants to gain a deeper insight into the world of Sustainable Finance and its instruments.

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the LGX Academy team has moved its classroom to the virtual space to allow participants from all over the world to gain an in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in Sustainable Finance.
