I am a psychologist by training with more than 15 years of international experience in the field of Human Resources.
During my professional experience, I followed numerous training courses, but there was always something that I was missing to be fully satisfied and to follow them to the end.
That's why I started my company to provide training in a different way, in a unique way that allows the audience to use the brain, body and spirit.
My training courses address all management issues (leadership, motivation, conflict management in teams, group cohesion, etc.) as well as anyone who wishes to work on themselves to better know themselves and grow (skills assessment, management stress, emotions, self-confidence, non-violent communication, and many other areas).
In all the training that I offer, in addition to theory and practice, I highlight the body and mind.
