At this B1 level, you are able to communicate about your daily life in simple terms.

Can understand phrases and expressions related to areas familiar to the user, such as basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment.

Can communicate simply in familiar situations which require a brief and precise exchange of information.

You can briefly describe aspects of your knowledge, the environment in which you live and your immediate needs.

Can understand the main points of a clear standard contribution on familiar topics regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. Can produce simple, connected text on topics that are familiar or of personal interest. Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.

Total immersion classes are about stepping into an amazing, authentic everyday situation to learn a language, so when you're in one of these real-life situations, you'll be prepared!

The course is differentiated by CEFR levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), comprehensive (covers a wide range of topics) and scaffolded to encourage learners' full production of the target language.

The course combines automated speech recognition with VR technologies (360 video), to "immerse" learners in authentic cultural experiences + online courses.
