The objective of this course is to understand the mechanisms of an efficient communication and to encourage its interlocutors to act effectively within the teams, this with more serenity. More than ever, the combination of the digital revolution, the resumption of a post-COVID hybrid activity and the necessary adaptations of the organization to current changes require everyone to reinvent a new way of working and living.
