Troubleshoot a Product Problem (S-EL0052)

There are many ways of solving a product problem, and it's sometimes tempting to jump in with a quick fix. Nevertheless, design thinking can produce better solutions, by taking into account a variety of viewpoints. This course will show you how, step by step.

Important noteregarding your personal data

When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.
