About us

HR Services, founded in 2000 by Diane Ries, is a consulting and training firm specialised in Human Resources.

Our multicultural team offers a large range of services including HR Consulting, Training and Development, Coaching and Outplacement, HR Interim Management, as well as Assessment Centres.

Being active in different HR fields and working with clients form various sectors, the trainers of HR Services like to share their expertise and experiences with the audience of the different seminars. We deliver HR trainings from HR experts to HR professionals.

Our methodology for inter-company trainings is distinctive: compact and highly individualised trainings for very small groups (maximum 6 participants), interactive approach and many practical examples taken out of the professional experience of our consultants and trainers.

All our trainings can be adapted to the specific needs of our clients as in-house training to meet their needs and reflect their values. We propose also to design tailor-made trainings for our clients.

Each training can be delivered in English, French, German or Luxembourgish or a combination of these languages, which reflects the multi-cultural environment of most of our clients. Each member of staff can therefor benefit from the same training and in the language they understand best.

During the coronavirus crisis, all our trainings are maintained and being delivered as an interactive webinar and or classroom seminar (maximum 2 to 3 participants in order to guarantee social distancing).
