Part 1:

  • New legal and regulatory developments in the AML/CTF field (financial sector)
  • Clarifications arising from CSSF Regulations and Circulars concerning the obligations of adequate internal organisation
  • The key requirements that AIFMs and Management Companies should consider regarding AML/CTF requirements
  • The essential elements to consider in your AML/CFT procedure
  • The roles and responsibilities assigned to the RC and the RR
  • Presentation of a concrete methodology for organising and managing RC missions (+ presentation of an application for managing RC missions)

A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the end of the course. The certificate of attendance is issued by ARCAD S.A., an accredited continuing professional training organisation.

We use the Cisco Webex application for our webinar training. It is possible to join the training from the webex application or from a web browser.
