Pressure, lack of time or resources, and rapid, frequent changes are common causes of workplace stress. According to a study published in La Tribune, for 59% of employees worldwide, work is the primary source of anxiety, and workplace stress levels continue to rise.

It is therefore essential to support employees to improve quality of life and well-being in the workplace, and consequently, enhance employee performance.

The objective of this training is to help you identify your type of stress and provide you with concrete tools to quickly alleviate it.

This training is flexible and adaptable to your needs and consists of a series of 1 to 5 workshop(s) of 1 hour and 30 minutes each, covering the following topics:

1. Using Polyvagal Theory to understand stress types and strengthen resilience in the workplace

2. Mastering breathing techniques to relieve stress in 5 Minutes

3. Exploring the benefits of meditation for a calmer, more productive workday

4. Regain energy, well-being, and vitality with Donna Eden's Energy Routine and revitalizing movements

5. Discover EFT, “Emotional Freedom Techniques,” to quickly relieve stress and manage your emotions

4. Regain energy, well-being, and vitality with Donna Eden's Energy Routine and revitalizing movements

Summary: This workshop introduces you to Donna Eden’s energy routine, a series of simple, dynamic exercises designed to balance and revitalize your energy. These accessible practices help reduce stress, improve focus, and maintain optimal energy levels throughout the workday, promoting well-being and productivity.

5. Discover EFT, “Emotional Freedom Techniques,” to quickly relieve stress and manage your emotions

Summary: This workshop introduces you to EFT, a simple technique combining acupressure tapping and verbalization to relieve stress and improve emotional management. Easy to apply daily, EFT helps you quickly regain calm and clarity to manage professional challenges effectively.

Teaching methods
