Effective communication

By the end of the course, participants will be able to identify their preferred communication style, communicate with greater clarity, improve their listening skills, and chose an assertive communication style. Participants will be more aware of cultural differences in communication styles and preferences and will be able to communicate more effectively in a diverse environment.
