About us

Pétillances was created in 2012 and is positioned as a preferred partner for the prevention and management of psychosocial risks and the development of cross-disciplinary skills. Through our range of services, including training, consultancy and coaching, our team of psychologists, trainers and coaches support teams and individuals in revealing their potential so that employees and organisations walk hand in hand towards the best possible quality of life.

Our team provides support in the following areas:

  • Assessment and management of psychosocial risks (stress, burnout, harassment)
  • Promoting mental health in the workplace
  • Psychological unit
  • Cross-disciplinary skills training (leadership, communication, etc.)
  • Coaching and supervision
  • Team building

The Pétillances team is made up of 8 multilingual employees with cross-disciplinary skills who work to develop pragmatic solutions using tools from a variety of techniques.

Teaching methods

Pétillances® training courses are implemented in close collaboration with trainers and consultants who are passionate about their work and specialised in the required fields. Primarily focused on personal development, they are systematically developed in response to the needs expressed by our clients. These courses prioritise experiential learning and the integration of new behaviours through playful exercises and the expression of the participants' true nature.
