Prerequisites

It is desirable, but not essential, that participants have some experience in IT Service management. Some pre-read material is provided prior to the training and is expected to be fully read before attending the course.

  • The ITIL® Foundation course is designed for individuals who require a general level of understanding of ITIL.
  • The ITIL 4 Foundation course introduces participants to modern IT Service Management and provides a general understanding of the language and key concepts of ITIL.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation explains how ITSM professionals can improve their work and that of their organisation using the ITIL 4 guide. Our ITIL experts explain the method through a number of videos, interactive readings and exam questions, which will help you not only to learn about ITIL and achieve your ITIL certification, but also to apply it to your projects. The course has been designed to ensure an interactive and engaging explanation of the ITIL method.
