From the invigorating effect of alcoholic fermentation to the amazing healing properties of vinegar, this module allows us to discover the different facets of beverage/condiment fermentation. In this module, we will explore the many possibilities offered by beverage fermentation. Everyone will learn how to create their own needs in order to create beverages that not only delight the palate, but also nourish the body. In the practical part, we will create our own recipes to create beverages that match our preferences.
