Goals

Being a manager is easy but being a good manager requires psychology, communication, leadership and collaboration.

In this training you will learn how to lead a team towards a common objective, manage without controlling, gain the trust of your colleagues.

If you are looking for theoretical training this is not the right place. This training is mainly based on the exchange of words and experiences, role playing and brainstorming.

You will leave with a lot of tools and some time after the training we will meet again to carry out an assessment.
