Cybersecurity Awareness

Cybersecurity is vital if you need to protect sensitive data, or prevent systems from malfunctioning. Being aware of the dangers that roam on the internet and other threats that can harm your IT infrastructure, is essential when working with technology. Nowadays almost everyone is using IT in some form, that’s why cybersecurity awareness training is beneficial to you and your organisation. We therefore invite you to join our Cybersecurity Awareness Workshop.

At the end of this training, the participant will be able to:

• recognise and understand cyber risks
• know how to react when facing a risk
• know how to help others when they face a risk
• become more resilient in terms of security and privacy

This awareness training introduces participants to the risks that come with computers, mobile devices and the internet. With regard to data breaches and cyber attacks, mostly people are targeted by cybercriminals, not computers. With the help of many concrete examples, the interactive session aims at confronting participants with threats that they will face in their everyday life, and teaches them how to master these situations. Participants who have completed the training will become much more resilient against such cyber risks.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of attendance issued by the House of Training and Digital Learning Hub.
