Being a manager is one thing. Being a leader is another. This course goes beyond the simple differences in power to help you understand the qualities that make people want to follow a great leader, so that together they can reach a higher level of performance.
It also shows you how to meet the challenges and expectations of true leadership.

Important noteregarding your personal data

When accessing the e-learning platform via Moodle-LLLC, you will first need to update your user profile with the desired configuration.
