Inhalt

It is more and more obvious that a real strategy of well-being at work is an essential factor of performance and profitability in companies. Because we are who we are, human beings with all our diversities, organizations are confronted daily with tensions, conflicts, communication difficulties, without mentioning various forms of discrimination. Integrating and using mediation in a global company strategy allows to (re)establish links between people, facilitate effective and lasting communication, resolution of tensions and conflicts, improve relations and cohesion in the company. In the end, people work together in an optimal way with greater well-being and thus serve the organizations efficient functioning and thus its overall performance.
