As an IT Professional, you are responsible for delivering high-quality IT services that meet the needs and expectations of your customers and stakeholders. Having a solid understanding of the ITIL Framework and how it can benefit your IT environment, will help you manage IT resources, processes, and risks effectively and efficiently.

The ITIL Framework can help IT service management to IT services with business objectives and outcomes. ITIL covers the entire IT service lifecycle, from strategy and design to operations and improvement. ITIL also provides guidance on how to adopt and adapt to emerging technologies and trends, such as cloud computing, automation, AI, DevOps, Agile, and more.

What You Can Expect

In this ITIL Conference, that we will organise in Italy, France and Belgium, we will address various topics in the light of the IT Service Management Landscape in 2024. In Belgium, we will focus on the topic of “Continual Improvement in ITIL“.

ITIL Today and Tomorrow | 9:10 AM

Roman Jouravlev, ITIL Senior Architect | PeopleCert

Under the umbrella of “Continual Improvement in ITIL“, Roman will reveal the latest news with regards to ITIL developments at PeopleCert. He will shed light to what ITIL architects have been working on in 2024 and what to expect from ITIL in 2025. You can envision an engaging speech on Value Stream Management, AI in ITSM, improvements to the ITIL implementation guide, Practices Guides updates, and more.

After this presentation there will be a round table discussion of about 25 minutes in which we invite all guests to participate. After sharing our learnings with the group, we will have a short coffee break around 10:30AM.

Pierre-Yves Dyon, Project Manager & Partner | Easi

Coralie Therssen, Project Manager & Partner – Managed IT Solutions | Easi

The topic of “Continual Improvement in ITIL” also applies to the story of Pierre-Yves and Coralie. A few years ago they realised their ticketing tool was no longer aligned with the scope of services. They will share their ITIL-inspired journey of “Implementing a new IT Service Management tool” and how this change was aligned with their ITIL-practices.

After this presentation there will be a second round table discussion of about 25 minutes in which we invite all guests to participate. After sharing our learnings with the group, there will be a final closing speech by QRP and if time allows, there will be Q&A for any outstanding questions. For those that want, there will be a quick and simple lunch at 12:30.
