By the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Be able to identify two types of fear, and how to deal with them
  • Be able to recognise different hiding strategie
  • Design a high impact, low risk leap to move forward

Inhalt

A colleague of mine once spent six months developing and finessing an app that would look and feel amazing and have a super customer experience – but when he finally started trying to sell it, he found out that it was a product no one wanted to buy.

What about you? Do you ever find yourself spending weeks polishing and planning a project, but never present it to your boss or your colleagues? Or are you someone that “collects” qualifications and pieces of paper, convinced that this will give you more confidence to do what it is you know you were born to do? Or maybe you have simply decided that there is an order in things, and if you don’t do things in the right order, you won’t succeed.

These different strategies might appear to be helping you get better at what you are doing. But, in reality, they may simply be a way of hiding – of avoiding the moment when you put your awesomeness and ideas out into the world. This workshop will help you identify these strategies, and help you design a high impact, low risk leap to help you move forward.
